Irrigation Emergencies
Broken Head(s) Under Eaves (see notes 1 & 2 below)
1. Any condition that is or could result in water intrusion into a home should be considered an Emergency. When possible, place a bucket/container over the broken irrigation head and place a brick or similar heavy object over the top to help avoid damage to the home.
2. A geyser that does not threaten to or causes water intrusion into a home is NOT considered an Emergency.

Non- emergency Work Order
To place a non-emergency work order please call the Clubhouse Management Office at (352) 242-9653 or click here to fill in the work order request. Neighborhood vendors typically take upto 72 hours to complete a work order. Contractors may leave a card hanger on the door when they complete the work order to inform the homeowner that the work has been completed.
