Amenities
Pools
There are three pools located in Kings Ridge for everyone’s enjoyment. An Olympic size, 100,000-gallon pool located behind the main Clubhouse is heated from September 1 to May 1. There are two lap lanes used for exercise swimming and walking. Water aerobics classes are held in the morning at this pool and the lap lanes are closed temporarily. On the smaller side of the pool, there are poles set up should a group or family wish to play a little competitive game of water volleyball. There are also three cabanas equiped with tables, chairs and grills surrounding the pool area for shade and holding small parties. Another 100,000-gallon heated pool is located at the North Spa as well as an 80,000-gallon free form pool. The pools located at the North Spa are for the use of adults age 18 and older only. Should the Clubhouse pool be closed for any reason, the “adult only” restriction will be temporarily lifted. There are two cabanas providing additional shade, relaxing seating and grills for cooking your favorite foods.
Hot/Cold Tubs
Hot tubs are located at both the Clubhouse and North Spa areas. The hot tub at the Clubhouse is an open outside hot tub. The North Spa hot tub is enclosed inside the North Spa Building, sharing space with a cold plunge.
Dry Saunas
Dry Saunas are located at both the Clubhouse and North Spa within the bathroom areas. Bring your towel for a relaxing experience.
Steam Rooms
Steam Rooms are located in the North Spa in the bathroom areas. Relax those sore muscles after a workout in the gym!
Gym
Kings Ridge has two gyms, one is located at the Clubhouse and the other at the North Spa. This area can be used for Residents and their guests 18 years and older. The gyms are packed with various pieces of equipment to help you reach your health goals. Both gyms have two televisions that can be viewed while exercising.
Tennis Courts
We have four tennis courts located on the west side of the Clubhouse building. The Tennis Club, many residents and guests enjoy playing and competing in tournaments. Nets and benches are provided, just bring your racket and tennis balls!
Pickle Ball Courts
We have six pickle ball courts on the west side of the building. The Pickleball Club, many residents and guests enjoy playing and competing in tournaments. Nets and benches are provided, just bring your racket and balls!
Bocce Ball and Shuffleboard
Behind the Clubhouse on the West side of the building are three bocce and two shuffleboard courts where families or friends will gather in the evening to play. All equipment needed is stored in the utility shed located in the middle of the sports courts area.
Basketball Courts
We have two half courts used for basketball. Several friends will be seen playing a light game of basketball in the evenings. The courts are open to everyone and basketballs are provided.
Billiards
We have four billiards tables located in the East Wing of the Clubhouse. All equipment is provided if you don’t have your own. This amenity is for members and guests 18 years and older.
Clubhouse
The main Clubhouse is our hub of entertainment and special gatherings. Residents and guests come here to attend Board meetings, private parties and many special events from exercise classes to Broadway like shows. We have ample room to have small events with 20 people to large dances and showcases with 300 people. If you wish to have a private birthday, anniversary or other event, see the Clubhouse staff for further information. Come join one of the many clubs of interest or simply come and enjoy the company of a friend or two, read a book in the library or play cards with a few old or new friends. Welcome Home!
